is terrorism alternate to alternative dispute resolution forum as normal legal process is too complex ?
Q. some social behavior scientists have opined that terrorism is alternate dispute resolution forum as normal legal process is too complex too unwieldy, and incapable of delivering justice. whay is ur view

A. My view is the senseless murder of innocent people is never justified. These social behavior scientists have come up with some kind of twisted explanation that makes no sense whatsoever. If the people can't figure out how to use the legal system, the problem is with them, not society.
