Fiqh is an expansion of the Sharia Islamic law—based directly on the Quran and Sunnah—that complements Shariah with evolving rulings/interpretations of Islamic jurists. Fiqh deals with the observance of rituals, morals and social legislation. There are four prominent Sunni schools of Fiqh (Madh'hab) and two schools for the Shi'a. Asked by And - Thu Jul 22 20:06:04 2010 - - 5 Answers - 0 Comments A. Sharia is ingrained Islamic Law stipulated in Quran and Hadith and encompasses Aqeedah, life, practices, politics etc Fiqh is Islamic jurisprudence, basically in a brief sense an expansion of the sharia and it also complements the sharia. Basically Sharia is abstract and rules etc can vary in different contexts and it is the job of faqih to deduce practical interpretations i.e. instantiate sharia Answered by unknown - Thu Jul 22 20:15:56 2010 What school of fiqh are the Taliban? Q. Shias say that there is no book authentic accept the Qura'an. Now the question is that, Is its mention in quran that so and so murdered so and so ? When its not written in quran and there is no book which is authentic, So how can it be verified.? Isn't it a grave sin to accuse any one without proof, or fiqh Jafriya allow this? Is it written in Shias Quran, which book is authentic which has this info? Asked by Anotherside!!! - Sat May 9 09:38:48 2009 - - 2 Answers - 0 Comments A. i'm not sure about fiqh Jafariyah. however i found this on Muftisays a while ago:- ''Imam al-Ghazali (Allah have mercy on him) states that it is even impermissible to say that Yazid killed or ordered the killing of Sayyiduna Husain (ra) let alone curse him, as attributing a Muslim to a sin without decisive evidence is not permissible. (See: Sharh Bad al-Amali by Mulla Ali al-Qari, P. 123-125)'' ---edit--- sorry I didn't know fiqh Jafariya was a Shia source.
